Our Past
Bible Baptist Church constituted in 1973 as the first unaffiliated Baptist church in Walton County, GA. 70 charter members began on the foundation of Biblical authority and local church autonomy. At the heartbeat of the church’s beginning was local evangelism and world-wide missions through the good news of the gospel.
Our Present
Now, more that five decades later, we remain a gospel centered, Bible-based congregation. Expository Bible preaching, authentic, Scriptural worship, genuine Christian fellowship, and a heart for discipleship drives our focus. With missionaries in more than 30 locations around the world, we also seek to share the good news of salvation through Jesus across the globe.
Our Future
At Bible Baptist Church, our eyes are always on Jesus, looking for the “blessed hope and glorious appearing of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. (Titus 2:13)” Our feet are never still, as we constantly seek to move forward with the gospel. New ideas, new people, and a new facility highlight our congregation. But the same God Who saved us compels us to serve and share His love like never before!
Our Staff
Our church staff is a dedicated team of individuals who are well-trained in ministry, bringing both expertise and experience to their roles. They are biblically sound in doctrine, ensuring that their teaching and leadership align with the truth of God’s Word. Above all, they love the Lord with all their hearts, serving as an example of sincere faith and devotion. With a genuine heart for serving people, they consistently demonstrate compassion, care, and a servant’s spirit in all they do. Their focus on gospel outreach drives our mission, as they passionately work to share the Good News and make disciples for Christ.
